Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once this window has passed, the order cannot be canceled as our artisans begin the production process immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! We offer exchanges only in the event of product issues. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

No Size Exchanges: Since each garment is made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges for size issues. Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page.
Check the Size Chart: It is clearly mentioned on the size chart about the specific measurements; please double-check these before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

Resolution & Store Credit

In case of an approved return or exchange due to a product issue (damaged or incorrect item), we do not provide cash refunds. Instead:
